Greetings Divas and Gents! Can I take a brief moment to say that I am so happy to be back to blogging regularly! Life has been so busy over the past few months...both at work and at home. As a result, my blogging schedule has suffered...how raggedy of me! But I'm back! And I have decided that I will be making a greater effort to be the blogger that you all have supported over the past (almost) two years.

Now that I've had my moment, I wanted to share a new martini recipe with you all...it is, after all, Martini Thursday! This week, I present the Raspberry Peach Martini! This recipe started of as a smoothie, but I managed to turn it into a spirited drink for my Chronicle readers. I hope you like it!

Ingredients

2 oz of Your Favorite Vodka

2 oz of Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
1 oz of Peach Schnapps

Fresh Raspberries for Garnish

Ice

Recipe

1. In a shaker, combine Vodka, Chambord, Peach Schnapps, and Ice. Shake!

2. Drop a few raspberries into a chilled martini glass.

3. Strain mixture into martini glass.

Martini Thursday!!!

Strawberry Peach Martini

Remember a few months back when I purchased that smoothie recipe app and dove head first into making smoothies? Well…..I have recently jumped back into smoothie making this week. I actually don’t know why I stopped in the first place. Smoothies are great in the morning! And filling…which is a great feeling when you have a long day of work ahead of you. So I got back into it this week, and the first smoothie I made combined strawberries and peaches. I always tell you that I get my martini recipes from everywhere…do you see where I’m going with this? I thought you would! This week’s recipe is the Strawberry Peach Martini, completely inspired by my morning smoothie. This one calls for a blender, so break it out the cabinet and get to it!

Ingredients

3 oz of Your Favorite Vodka

1 oz Peach Schnapps

1 Cup of Fresh Strawberries

1 Teaspoon of Sugar

Fresh Strawberries for Garnish

Ice

Recipe

1. In a blender, puree strawberries and sugar. Mixture should be smooth and liquidy (Is that a word?).

2. In a shaker, combine Vodka, Peach Schnapps, Strawberry Mixture, and Ice. Shake!

3. Strain mixture into a chilled martini glass.

4. Garnish with fresh strawberries.

Martini Break!!!

Peach Bellini Martini

Greetings Divas and Gents! Once again, the weekend is upon us…and so is another tasty martini recipe. This week’s recipe incorporates one of my favorite fruits: the peach! I love peach cobbler, peach soda, canned peaches…all peaches everything! I am also a big fan of the Peach Bellini Martini. It’s sweet and sassy, and a little bit fizzy! It is definitely a crowd favorite. So…find a crowd, and hook them up with a Peach Bellini Martini!

Ingredients

3 oz Of Your Favorite Vodka

2 oz Of Your Favorite Champagne

1 oz Peach Schnapps

Fresh Peach Slices for Garnish (Skinless)

Ice

Recipe

1. In a shaker, combine Vodka, Champagne, Schnapps, and Ice. Shake!
2. Drop 2 peach slices in the bottom of a chilled martini glass.

3. Strain mixture into prepared martini glass.

4. Garnish with a peach slice.
