Martini Thursday!!!

The White Sangriatini

Since the Sangriatini was such a big hit, go on ahead and keep the party going! Enjoy the White Sangriatini, and thank me later!

As with the Sangriatini, I have 2 preparation suggestions for the White Sangriatini: the first takes 1 day to make, and the second takes 2 days. If you’re short on time, go for the first recipe. If you have a little time to plan ahead, go for the second. I also suggest that you use a sweet white wine and 100% fruit juice to get the best flavor. Which one will you choose?

White Sangriatini Part 1 (For a Quick Fix!) Yields 2 Servings

1. In a small bowl or pitcher, combine White Wine, Brandy, Peach Schnapps, Orange Juice, Apple Juice, Pineapple Juice, and Ice. Stir!
2. Strain mixture into chilled martini glass (no ice).
3. Garnish with an orange slice.
4. Strain remaining mixture into your friend’s chilled martini glass (no ice).
